After receiving your order, we will send you a digital design as a preview within 24h. This is just for you to preview what your chosen design will look like with your personalization.

If we don't receive a confirmation from you in 2-3 days, we must proceed with the production.

If you dream it, we can make it! Email us at info@treeoflifeworkshop.com with what you have in mind (a sketch, sizing, colors, etc.) and we'll help bring it to life.

Our signs come with hanging hardware or mounting holes unless otherwise requested. You just need a nail or two or screws to hang your sign.

A full refund is available for cancellations of our custom design signs made before work begins on the project.

Customer must notify us of cancellations via email at info@treeoflifeworkshop.com or phone call at 763-299-2773.

Full refunds are provided for cancellations made prior to the commencement of work on the project.

No refunds are issued once work has started.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a project.

Customer will receive a full refund if we cancel the project.

Sometimes a package may be mishandled and damaged during shipment, but not to worry!
