Create a one-of-a-kind sign with layered, raised artwork that adds depth beyond a traditional carved design. This option works beautifully for trees, wildlife, logos, landmarks and other focal images for a home, cabin, farm, ranch or business.

The sign panel is CNC-carved from exterior-grade cellular PVC, then the separate artwork layer is shaped, hand-painted and permanently bonded to the face with waterproof marine epoxy. The result is a durable dimensional design for indoor or outdoor display.

Available sizes range from 18 × 12 inches to 36 × 25 inches. More detailed artwork may require a larger size so the raised elements remain strong and visually clear.

Materials and Construction

Sign panel: Carved from durable 3/4-inch exterior-grade PVC.

Raised artwork: Cut separately from PVC and bonded to the sign with waterproof marine epoxy.

Paint and finish: Each sign is hand-painted with premium exterior paints and protected with clear coats for added UV and weather resistance.

Mounting: Available mounting options are shown on the product page. If you need special hole placement or another installation method, include the details with your order or contact us.

How the Design Process Works

  1. Select the available options that best fit your project.
  2. Enter your wording and describe the artwork, colors and layout you prefer.
  3. Upload a reference image or logo when applicable.
  4. We’ll create and send you a full-color digital proof.
  5. Production begins only after you approve the design.

Send a reference image, logo, sketch or description of the raised element you want. We’ll evaluate the artwork for this process and include the dimensional layout in your design proof.

Production and Shipping

Most orders ship within approximately four weeks after the design is approved. Detailed artwork, custom colors, unusual shapes and larger signs may require additional production time.
