Every sign is CNC-carved into durable, exterior-grade cellular PVC and hand-finished in our Minnesota workshop. The lettering and artwork are engraved directly into the sign and hand-painted for lasting indoor or outdoor display—never printed stickers or vinyl decals.

Standard sizes range from 15 × 10 inches to 47 × 31.5 inches. Larger signs, custom shapes and more complex projects may also be available. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Materials and Construction
Single-sided signs: Carved from durable 3/4-inch exterior-grade PVC.
Double-sided signs: Made from two 1/2-inch PVC panels bonded with waterproof marine epoxy for added strength.
Paint and finish: Hand-painted with premium exterior paints and protected with clear coats for additional UV and weather resistance.
Mounting options: Choose from a keyhole hanger, 3/16-inch mounting holes or eye hooks based on how your sign will be displayed.
How the Design Process Works
- Select your preferred size and whether the sign should be single- or double-sided.
- Enter your wording and describe your design.
- Upload your logo or artwork, if available.
- We’ll create and send you a full-color digital proof.
- Production begins only after you approve the design.
You don’t need a professional design file to get started. A logo, photograph, sketch or written description is often enough. Vector files such as SVG, EPS, AI or PDF are helpful when available.
Production and Shipping
Most orders ship within approximately four weeks after the design is approved. Detailed artwork, custom colors, unusual shapes and oversized signs may require additional production time.
