Custom Round Sign for Your Cabin

Create a personalized sign for a cabin, lodge, camp or family getaway with a round design built around your name, location and favorite outdoor imagery. It’s a meaningful addition to an entryway, porch, great room or property entrance.

Each sign is CNC-carved and hand-finished in our Minnesota workshop from durable, exterior-grade cellular PVC. The lettering and artwork are carved directly into the material—never printed stickers or vinyl decals.

Available round sizes range from 15 to 47 inches. Options vary by size, so choose from the combinations currently shown on the product page.

Materials and Construction

Single-sided signs: Carved from durable 3/4-inch exterior-grade PVC.

Double-sided signs: Made from two 1/2-inch PVC panels bonded with waterproof marine epoxy for added strength.

Paint and finish: Each sign is hand-painted with premium exterior paints and protected with clear coats for added UV and weather resistance.

Mounting: Available mounting options are shown on the product page. If you need special hole placement or another installation method, include the details with your order or contact us.

How the Design Process Works

  1. Select the available options that best fit your project.
  2. Enter your wording and describe the artwork, colors and layout you prefer.
  3. Upload a reference image or logo when applicable.
  4. We’ll create and send you a full-color digital proof.
  5. Production begins only after you approve the design.

A photograph, sketch or description of the setting is enough to begin. We’ll prepare a full-color proof for approval before production.

Production and Shipping

Most orders ship within approximately four weeks after the design is approved. Detailed artwork, custom colors, unusual shapes and larger signs may require additional production time.
