Help guests quickly reach your booking page, digital guidebook, Wi-Fi instructions, house rules or other online resource with a personalized QR code sign. It’s a polished addition to an Airbnb, VRBO, short-term rental, business or event space.

Each sign is CNC-carved and hand-finished in our Minnesota workshop from durable, exterior-grade cellular PVC. The lettering and artwork are carved directly into the material—never printed stickers or vinyl decals.

Personalize Your Sign

Send the web address or QR code you want included, then personalize the surrounding sign to match your property.

Standard sizes range from 15 to 47 inches. The final QR code size and layout will be adjusted for clarity based on the selected sign size and viewing distance.

Materials and Construction

Single-sided signs: Carved from durable 3/4-inch exterior-grade PVC.

Double-sided signs: Made from two 1/2-inch PVC panels bonded with waterproof marine epoxy for added strength.

Paint and finish: Each sign is hand-painted with premium exterior paints and protected with clear coats for added UV and weather resistance.

Mounting: Available mounting options are shown on the product page. If you need special hole placement or another installation method, include the details with your order or contact us.

How the Design Process Works

1. Select the available options that best fit your project.
2. Enter your wording and describe the artwork, colors and layout you prefer.
3. Upload a reference image or logo when applicable.
4. We’ll create and send you a full-color digital proof.
5. Production begins only after you approve the design.

High contrast and adequate QR code size provide the best scanning results. We’ll incorporate the code into the design proof so you can review its placement before production.

Production and Shipping

Most orders ship within approximately four weeks after the design is approved. Detailed artwork, custom colors, unusual shapes and larger signs may require additional production time.
